  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, rugs must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your rug.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the rug arrived damaged or was received in error.

Refunds:
